WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE THE GOLD'S GYM MEMBER APP AND/OR ON-DEMAND APP?

  • The current Gold's Gym Member App is a separate App still accessible to members. 

  • The Gold's Gym DC Metro On-Demand app will no longer be utilized. On-Demand users will access content on the Gold's Gym DC METRO App

  • You will need to download the Gold's Gym DC Metro Official App, separate from the Gold's Gym Member App, to access these functionalities.

 

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

  • Find the Gold’s Gym DC Metro App on the following app providers:

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/golds-gym-dc-metro/id1665290605?platform=iphone 

  • Download the app onto your mobile device 

HOW DO I LOGIN?

  • After the app is successfully downloaded, you will be prompted to sign in with a Username/Email and Password via email. 

  • Username/Email will be your unique email on your membership account. 

  • Users will have received an invite to their email to ‘Set Up Your Account’. If you received the email, you will be directed to set up a password within the app. 

  • If you are unable find the original invite to ‘Set Up Your Account’, request to ‘Reset Password’ and follow the correct steps to reset the password associated with your email. 

  • NOTE: ‘Set Up Your Account’ and ‘Reset Password’ emails MAY go to the spam or junk folder. Please check the spam or junk folder associated with the email you have provided for your membership, if you are unable to locate initially. 

WHAT IF MY EMAIL IS NOT WORKING TO SET UP THE APP?

  • You MUST have a unique email associated with your membership account. 

  • A UNIQUE EMAIL is one that is NOT shared by multiple members/accounts. For members to access the app, a UNIQUE EMAIL is required on your membership account. 

  • To update or confirm your unique email address on your membership account, please contact your preferred Gold's Gym DC Metro location.
